Phase 2

This phase of my success journey is all about discipline and accountability. I am a great dreamer and a great planner , but in the areas of discipline and accountability I have been seriously lacking in my person. Discipline & Accountability seperate the dreamers from the achievers. Yes, I have the discipline to finish school ... yes, I have the accountability to be a great Mommi, but building an empire takes a whole other level of discipline & accountability. Andrew Carnegie said ... " The average person puts only 25% of their energy and ability into their work. The world takes off its hat to those who put in more than 50% of their capacity, and stands on its head for those few and far between souls who devote 100%". Famous people like Kimora Lee Simmons, Martha Stewart, Sean " Diddy" Combs, Lena Nozizwe, Oprah and Donald Trump are some of the people that fall into the 100% category.
